Following Her Sister, Ashlee Starts With Bad Decision #1:

Get yourself ready for the return of MTV’s Newlyweds — with a twist! Instead of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, it’s Simpson version 2.0 is coming your way, with Jessica’s little sister, Ashlee Simpson, 23, and fiancé, Pete Wentz, 28, set to appear as the couple in the hit MTV format — at least if Joe Simpson gets his way!

Never one to miss a money-making opportunity, Ashlee’s dad and manager Joe seems determined to turn this idea into a reality. “He knows that no one cared about Jessica before her reality show, and he’s hoping a show for Ashlee will have the same effect,” a source close to the singer tells OK!.

With a wedding on the horizon, a baby on the way and a famous rocker fiancé, Ashlee’s life has all the ingredients for a reality show. (Ashlee and Pete’s publicist tells OK! they are not set to appear in Newlyweds.) If the program comes off, let’s hope the Bittersweet World singer’s love story doesn’t end the same way as her sister’s failed marriage.

Timbaland and Pharell Produce Tracks:

Fox News reports that Lindz has in fact dropped a song for the new disc with his Snoopness, and “insiders” say it sounds “amazing.” Timbaland and Pharrell are also helping to produce tracks for the album, which is apparently going to be released on Motown Records, because Lohan definitely fits the race bill there.

I’ll be totally honest, I own and listen to her first album. Timbaland is practically King Midas right now, so I can’t see this one failing…can’t wait until it leaks!

Angeline & Brad Move to France for Baby Delivery

Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and all four kids are holed up in Microsoft cofounder Paul Allen’s Villa Maryland in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat on the French Riviera.

The family arrived early Monday night via private jet at Nice airport with two nannies and three security guards says an onlooker.

As E! News first reported last month, Angelina is due this summer and plans on having her baby in France.

“It’s a breathtaking villa with views out over the Mediterranean [Sea] and they have roughly 12 staff on hand at all times to get them anything they need,” says a source.

“They’ve stayed there before and love the house, it’s very private and no one can see in.

The insider says that Jolie, who has two films opening at next month’s Cannes film fest, will kick back while Pitt goes house-hunting.

“They love France and will now be here until after the babies are born and Angie is looking at Marseille hospitals as a potential place to give birth.”

Just what the world needs, another beautiful, globe-trotting baby from Angie and Brad.

“You won’t be seeing her for a while,” a highranking Disney employee was overheard saying this weekend at a luncheon in LA, according to Page Six. “The company is keeping her away from events and wants her to keep a very low profile for the next four to six months. They’re trying to keep her contained.”
