I like to make fun of Britney because she makes herself such an easy target. It’s like shooting fish in a barrel. Although, I’ve never actually done that and I have a feeling it wouldn’t be that easy. Anyway, Britney is lonely. I kinda feel bad for her…but only for a split second then I remember that she’s Britney-freaking-Spears and she needs to grow up and take responsibility for her rug rats. She needs some friends, but I am going to keep my distance. Feel free to give her a call and invite her to your baby shower. She’ll bring the smokes.

“Britney is desperate for some female companionship,” a Spears family insider spilled this week in an interview with Life & Style. “She’s tired of being stuck in the house all the time and having her father tag along everywhere.” But who can Britney Spears really trust?

Earlier reports have claimed that Britney is also distancing herself from her father. But the article notes that the problem is that without her parents, Britney is basically all alone. “I can’t think of anyone who’s close to her,” says an insider. “I think Jamie saw what was happening to his daughter and went into this emergency lock down mode, shutting out her friends. But that’s a lonely way to live.”
