Britney’s Custody Battle Finally Over

I am yet again counting down the minutes until I can go home and lay in my bed. All I can imagine right now is my AC cranked all the way down, sweat pants and my remote control. The only thing that would make that fantasy better is a hot guy to lay in bed with me. Know anyone? Send him my way because unless it’s Spring Break, West Palm is only good for those old dudes that buy you drinks at the bar because they want you wasted so you pass out and they can “just take you home.” Britney would be a better candidate for the old dudes because she doesn’t have to worry about her kids anymore. She lost custody of her kids and Kevin Federline will retain full physical and legal custody of the boys. OK! Magazine reports:

In an exclusive interview with OK!, Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both Britney and Kevin reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case today. Kaplan tells OK!, “At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner.” Kaplan adds, “Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving.”

Sucks to be Britney. But in all reality, she’s probably jumping up and down with joy. Let’s be honest, small children don’t really fit in with her lifestyle. Maybe Jamie Lynn can teach her a few things about mothering.
