Leak: Britney’s New Single Here?

It leaked. I got it. You should listen. It’s not actually supposed to be her new single, but it’s a track off her upcoming album. Voting will take place after you listen to the song. Her new album, “Circus Freak” which will be out in December (on her birthday so says my resident ‘Britney Obsessor’). It really goes with the title of the song and the title of the album…it’s definitely a little freaky. Let me know what you think!

Update:
This is not Britney Spears. We did some further investigation and some moron with a sound board put this thing together. Oops…my bad. For those of you that are Britney fans (unlike myself) keep checking back because word is out there that something is leaking in the very near future.

Update: Shawn adds clarification - When Meghan says ’sound board’ and ‘put this thing together’ that is girl-speak for - a bunch of up-and-coming rappers with a home studio and a friend who sounds quite a bit like Britney Spears recycled an old beat and sent it to gullible radio stations eager for pageviews. Could it be a demo? Sure, but it’s not likely. The original source of this leak was a YouTube video uploaded on an account that was created in the last 24 hours. It’s a publicity stunt of some kind and several excited folks, us included, fell for it. I can guarantee one thing, if a Britney song does leak, you’re going to find it here. Will we trip over a few fakes on the way? Maybe.

Update: Shawn again. I’ve now know for a fact that this isn’t Britney Spears. I’ve spoken with someone over at Jive/Zomba and the title track for ‘Circus’ isn’t even completed yet. Britney wants to rework to chorus a little and they’re going back in for another recording session.

Expect something to leak late next week.

Hey I tried to vote that she sucks and it wouldn’t let me.

Wait until Titus Jones remixes this song. It will be much better. Look up Titus Jones on YouTube for a mashup he did called Kiss Britney’s Boyfriend. It’s super hot and way better than anything any of the stars in the mashup could do.

I doubt this is really Britney, but is a common mistake. You have to give Meghan a break she is not a Brit fan, so its hard for someone who hasn’t heard alot of music from a person to tell whether or not it is truly there single. It was a easy mistake, not a malicious attack on spears herself. I think “fail of the centry” needs to calm down. It’s not that big of a deal, your acting like she shot your mother. Stand back look over situation, and realize no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. And anyway this is her personal blog and it is not your right to tell her how to organize it, if she wanted to present that as Britney’s work thats her decision and I understand you stating your opinion or trying to tell her she made a mistake (to help). But do it in a kind way, the point could come across better if you said it kindly and maybe had proof to back it up. But calling her a twat is uncalled for and wrong. And truly she could dedicate the whole site to bash britney if she wanted to and you do nothing about it, nor could the authorities.

Ha ha ha!!! You just made my day, st! I appreciate that I have such amazing readers because I wouldn’t do it if you weren’t there! If you guys noticed, I DID do an update saying it was not her. My mistake. It happens. Live with it. Until you weirdos out there have your own site to refute what I’m doing, I would shut the eff up. Besides, if you don’t like it..go the eff home.
