It’s about freaking time. Ashelle Simpson and Pete Wentz have finally welcomed their baby into the world. Geesh. The baby boy was born earlier today, weighed in a 7lbs., 11oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. The baby’s name, you ask? Bronx Mowgli Wentz. Yup. You read that right. Bronx Mowgli Wentz. No idea where the Bronx part came from, but Mowgli is the character in Rudyard Kipling’s short story “In the Rukh,” and you probably know the name from “The Jungle Book” which was inspired by Kipling’s work. “Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!” a spokesperson told People.
