Darryl McCauley was arraigned Wednesday at Woburn District Court on charges including forgery and larceny. Prosecutors alleged that McCauley, 43, stole the money from Cook while being paid $12,500 a month to act as Cook’s business manager as part of his company, Great Dane Enterprises, Inc.

After Barkley, 45, failed field sobriety tests, he was given a blood test to register alcohol content. A cooperative Barkley was cited on a misdemeanor DUI charge.

State Police say they clocked Dillon, 44, driving 106 mph on Interstate 91 in Newbury. It happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday. Troopers say Dillon, of New York, was driving a rented 2009 Chevy Impala. The posted speed was 65. Police say they arrested Dillon, processed him, and released him on a citation for excessive speed. He is due in Orange District Court Jan. 21.
