Miley Cyrus Sued For $4 Billion

Miley Cyrus is facing a $4 billion lawsuit filed on behalf of LA’s entire Asian Pacific Islander population because of the picture above. Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than one million LA county residents who were affected by the scandal, saying that Miley “intentionally puts her hands to either side of her face and pulls the sides of her eyes to slant them in mockery of the stereotypical physical features of persons of Asian Pacific Island descent and national origin.” Kim goes on to say that the photo “was clearly an act of racism, prejudice, and pure ignorance directly to Asian Pacific Islanders,” adding that it is “identical to Cyrus using the ‘N’ word when referring to African Americans.”

On an upside, she just released this new music video for her single, The Climb… it will be on the Hannah Montana movie soundtrack. Enjoy…

I think thats a bunch of BS..OMG can kids just act stupid & not be blamed like they did it to offend people.. I mean when i was her age we made fun of every race includeing white which i happen to be.. Who gives a crap? If this was any other 16 year old girl no one would do crap..

Margaret Cho just wrote a song about Miley on her blog - it’s a good response. $4 billion does seem extreme, although I can understand a lot of people were offended.

That’s funny! Too bad she didn’t come up with it - it might have been safer to jump on the Phelps bandwagon. Another situation everyone overreacted to… I hope they are just trying to make an example of her - that is a crazy amount of money.

thats just shows how silly this whole ‘miley cyrus’ thing has gotten!!!!….and shes right, press are tryin to make her the next star to fall, now that britney is kinda gettin herself togther!!!!…as u said wen the picture was first posted…its clearly a joke between friends, the Asian person in the photo is making his eyes wide in response!!!!…

if miley is being sued, which is just stupid….then sudnt they others doing the same thing in the photo get the same treatment???!!!???!!!

I think it is wrong that she done that…kids may think that they can make fun of others because miley is. I bet she is going to be a sobby pothead..but i hope not….
