Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are suing a stroller company for using an image of them to sell their stuff. The company used the pic on their web site and “in various print and electronic media and newsletters,” the suit reads. They claim Silver Cross “knowingly and intentionally misappropriated and used the names, images, likenesses and photographs of Lopez and Anthony to market and sell Defendants’ line of high-end baby carriages throughout the world.” The couple added that the “defendants have sought to illegally capitalize on Plaintiffs’ hard work, reputations and world-wide celebrity and recognition.”

$30 million? Really? That’s an awful lot of cash. I doubt this place sold that many strollers off that one pic. I hope they donate it to a poor country or something.
