Arrests Made In Anna Nicole’s Death

Also charged with felonies were two doctors, Sandeep Kapoor (pictured on the right), 40, and Khristine Eroshevich, 61, who allegedly prescribed medication unlawfully to Smith, according to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office. Kapoor has turned himself in, but Eroshevich has not been located.

The three defendants are being formally charged with conspiracy counts that allege they “conspired to provide controlled substances to Smith between June 2004 and January 2007.” They were also charged with “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.” TMZ was able to get a hold of prescription orders for methadone written just a few days before Anna Nicole gave birth to her daughter. The orders are signed by Vicki Marshall (Vicki is her real first name, Marshall is her married name from her oil tycoon hubby) and made out to Michelle Chase (Anna’s fake name)
