Britney’s Ex Gets Restraining Order

Early yesterday morning, a judge issued a restraining order against Britney Spears‘ ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib. Jamie Spears has been trying to get protection for Britney and her kids against Adnan, her former manager Sam Lufti and attorney Jon Eardley, since he gained control of her conservatorship. Jamie blames most of Brit’s crazy break down on the trio. Adnan is not permitted near the entire Spears family until March 17th of 2012… it “orders Ghalib not to have any physical, e-mail or phone contact with Britney Spears or her family [and] not to try to act on the singer’s behalf.”

Adnan is also facing felony charges, which include assault with a deadly weapon, because he allegedly hit a process server that was trying to deliver these court documents. He entered a not guilty plea against the charges.
