The widow of famed Hollywood producer, Aaron Spelling, is putting ‘The Manor’ on the market at a whopping $150 million making it the most expensive piece of real estate in the United States.

The French chateau-style home has 56,500 square feet and is on more than 4.6 acres of land — it’s the biggest home in Los Angeles County. It’s placed not too far from the LA Country Club and the Playboy Mansion. It’s a three story mansion built in 1991. Past the gated entrance, the winding driveway leads up to the giant main house (that features 30 foot ceilings, so don’t worry about your really tall uncle hitting his head when he visits).

“Everything there is glamorous, and is luxurious and it’s really great scale,” said Sally Forster Jones, an agent with Coldwell Banker Previews International in Los Angeles, which is co-listing the property. “There really is nothing to compare it to.”
