Andre 3000 Arrested Near Atlanta

Andre 3000 from the rap group, Outkast, was arrested outside of Atlanta for going 109mph in a 65mph zone on I-75. “He [the officer] checked that speed on his laser device which showed 109 miles per hour,” Capt. Jason Bolton of the Henry County Police said. “Traveling that fast along I-75, you’re passing vehicles almost like they’re standing still. And it’s an accident waiting to happen.” Apparently, Andre told police he was going that fast because he missed his exit and had to turn around because he was running late for a birthday party. He signed a $1,200 property bond and was released a few hours after the incident. His court date is set for April 29.
