   It definately sounds like something is going on. She seems less cocky and sure of herself on the Larry King show. I feel for her really because it’s sad when families breakup, but alot of people do it and they have kids so they’ll get by, but she should go back through the videos and take a good hard look at herself and make some changes.

   hey people can you listen to what you are saying kate and jon are good people they didnt ask for bad press. i think kate answered the questions from larry fine and she didnt look less cocky or tired as she said she is just a mum and a wife not some star i think you should all just give her a break and jon aswel. by the way she isnt a controlling bitch she is just a mum doing what she can to bring her kids up right..

    I’m pretty sick of hearing about how much of a bitch Kate is and how they went over the top with this new house. Its a family of 10. Of course there are going to be stressful times, expectly with them all in a tiny house when they cant breath and catch a break from each other. I have watched the show from the start, and i have noticed that Kate had lightened up a bit now that the kids are getting older. I think Kate and John are excellent parents. I love how they get the kids out to do new things and let them see the world. Even with there one on one times with the kids.
    I don’t think that the only reason there even doing the show is to get the money (even tho its a plus). When they had the 8 kids they were offered to do like a documentary show, but they had got so much good feedback and people wanting to see more, that’s why the show is still going. And about the new house, if they can afford it why not get your dream home???? I think all you people who are putting them down for it are ignorant and jealous.
    Let them live there own lives. Leave them alone. Look what its doing to them.

    This is rediculous…nobody here knows these people yet everybody has an opinion on how they should live their lives, how they should raise their kids…etc…etc…

    When anybody here pops out six babies at once you “might” have a valid opinion of what they are doing wrong,but for most people it’s hard enough with 1 or 2 children. Think about how hectic life would be with six of the same age…and a set of twins on top of that! Somebody in the family has to have a little bit of control…they can’t all just run rampant doing as they please.

    She’s only doing as any other mother does, but on a larger scale…cut the woman some slack.

    As for the cheating bit…nobody EVER deserves to be cheated on, if somebody is unhappy they always have the option to end the relationship and move on…not move on, get caught, and get kicked out!

    Whether or not rumors are true, it is their business and their problem to deal with.

    I HATE Kate. She has been putting Jon down for 10 years, he is a saint! I’m so sick of hearing her said “I’m doing everything for my kids and they deserve it”. In reality, she is doing everything for herself. Kate just wants the money and fame, also to expand her career to make even more money. She wants all the free trips and perks, which she explains as we do free publicity for them. Let me pewk! The resort spent all that money on them, so the resort will charge regular customers more (less discount) to recoup the expenses spent on them. She is in every spa for manicures and pedicures. Who was with the kids when she’s at the spas and on tours then? Poor Jon that’s who!

    They paid 1.3 millions for the new house, I would say TLC pays them very well. I can raise 8 kids on their income from TLC without books and tours and put them through college also. She can never be satisfied with what she has. She just wants to get away from her kids instead she kept saying this is “my job”. Does she really needs to write books to make more money beyond her income from TLC?

    She whined and complained the whole time she has to do all the birthday shopping herself with the kids. She can always get a sitter to help out, but she rather bitched about it through the whole show, “I’m doing this all alone.” She deserves to be alone! I’ll never watch this show again because of her! Jon wants to stop doing the show according to the People magazine, not her. It is too hard to walk away from all that money. She is driven by money not the love to keep her family together.

    I totally agree with Tiffany. Kate’s a wannabe celebrity and money hungry. All she worried about at the end of the show, when she did that pretend crying, was that she didn’t want to ruin her make-up. Is this b**** for real???? Get rid of this show! TLC is supposed to be a learning channel not a soap opera channel!

    Whatever the problem is for Jon having drinks with friends, Kate has brought them on herself. She has been demeaning him for a long time. As the show progressed she has come to (and it shows) a point where she thinks she is all that and Jon is a nothing. She does this in front of her children as well as the millions of viewers what kind of example is she showing. All the attention she gets has gone to her head. Word of advice for Kate REMEMBER WHERE YOU CAME FROM (TRAILER PARK) Jon keep your distance from Kate she is poison. She has forgotten that you are also a big part of why the show is such a big hit.If I was younger I would marry you myself.

    First of all, Kate was not whining about shopping with her kids for their birthday. She got all the stuff together and if you remember Jon shows up by himself (not with the family). And she forgot a couple things and he had to go get them, so what!! Quit complaining about it Jon. Its for your kids birthday. I have kids (not that many) and i forget things too, what do you except? Also Jon needs to quit complaining about Kate working and doing her book tours, because if you all remember when the babies were young she took care of kids and worked. Did you ever hear her complain? Also when she stopped working as a nurse and Jon was just working no complaints. HE said I’m a stay at home mom and it’s hard for me I guess becasue I am a man. SO WHAT if your a man, You do for your kids no matter what. Also look at his car, the house, his four wheeler he was driving on the last episode, I would say he is doing fine. And so just so happens you have a skiing trip with friends that lands on your wifes birthday thats bull. Relationships don’t get worked out by not being there on your wifes birthday, and then he tries to sugar coat it by saying “while I’m here let me help out the handicape kids go skiing”. (don’t get me wrong that must be amazing for those kids to do something like that)
    Maybe kate shouldn’t talk to him like she does all the time, (shes has done it from the beinging) so they should work on it. This wouldn’t be as bad as is it now if the press didn’t put stuff into it that isn’t really there. That brings hurt feelings between the two. I hope they work it out. I like them alot no matter what is going on. They didn’t know this was going to happen. And i think if they would have known,they wouldn’t have done the show.

    Kate said, “We NEEDED this.” Who NEEDS a 1.3 million dollar house? Even with a house that size the kids still have to share bedrooms. Why? She says, “I do the show to support my children.”

    How about when she was at the kitchen sink looking out the wall saying, “All this is MINE! As far as the eye can see. It’s all mine.” Those are not the words of someone who cares about anyone but herself.

    Why did she waste three hours cleaning a fridge that was going to be replaced? Did you see the size of the truck that pulled up with appliances? Everything was taken off at Kate’s house. Where did the $$$ for all that come from? She is advertising the products. Did you listen to her go on about her washer, “I just love my _______ pair.” Those kids are living in a TV studio just so she can live in a house like the friends they used to take a family picture last season.
