   Thanks for posting every week.

   The city kinda sucks though…With just a few great parts.. Roxy NEEDS to go,shes bad news!

   Olivia’s days should be numbered too..whats the point in her!
   And Erin..can you say SNOB!

   Of course every week I will be back to watch, : )

   Thank you soooo much for posting these!!
   Olivia and Erin on the plane…. probably the most awkward thing I have ever seen in my life lol!
   As for Roxy, she is waaay too much of a liability and I think Kelly should fire her and Whit should just cut her loose, if not then she will probably lose her job. I think I would crap myself if I got on Kelly’s bad side… she is awesome though!

   Thanks for this… I really want Whitney’s show to survive but to be honest I think its only a matter of time before this show gets the axe. The problem with Olivia is she wants to work in fashion because its something she is passionate about but she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth so doesnt NEED the Elle gig. Therefore she doesnt try hard enough. I love Whitney’s work ethic, she is so ambitious and has Kelly’s respect. But until she gets rid of Roxy, who will ride on her success, she will be held back.

    olivia is gorgeous but she is soo damn lazy!!! she know wat shes doin wen it comes to fashion but not wen it comes to actualli working!! she seems to think it should all be spelt out to her…its like ‘use ur goodam innitiative!’
    poor whitney, roxy is a cool girl, but she doesnt seem to take anything too seriously…including hers and whitneys jobs!! and friendship.. whitney is tooo nice to her!
    kelly is the greatest!!!! i agree with cally she needs her own show! xox

    OMFG!!!! ERIN ASKED HER IF SHE WAS GOING TO THE TRADE SHOWS!!! like seriously that should of sparked in her mind that her ‘boss’ for that trip to miami was trying to pull something out of her that she should do she of been more assertive and asked like seriously. Personally i dont understand why erin has to show her the ropes because if ur an editor u should know wth you are doing like seriously

    From the start Olivia set a precedence by being arrogant and thinking she was better than everyone - so of course every effort Erin made to help Olivia learn the ropes was met by Olivia’s sarcasm and cutting remarks, why would she want to keep putting her hand out to help Olivia only to get slapped in the face for it. Olivia needs to get over herself and her elitist attitude and do the job she’s supposedly being paid for. Totally sympathise with Erin. lol Roxy needs to learn when to just shut her mouth and take the criticsm handed to her. She messed up - face the consequences like a big girl

    i agree in that erin did ask olivia why aren’t u going to the trade show? i think olivia also knows fashion but has no work ethic, and from the start she has been a real cow to erin and pretty much avoided working in a team. no wonder erin has now stopped helping olivia i would too.

    have to say roxy is a leech, she sucks off whitney’s success and hard work. i mean why is she even on this show, its obvious her and whitney are not good friends, roxy is almost like the bored class clown who is trying to always get whitney into trouble.
    pls tell me roxy did not really go to harvard. was she joking?
