Blake Fielder-Civil, 26, was sentenced to 27 months at Snaresbrook Crown Court, east London, after admitting grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice in a £200,000 trial-fixing plot aimed at trying to save him from jail.

Fielder-Civil and friend Michael Brown beat James King, 36, so badly in June 2006 that he needed plates fitted into his face for a broken cheekbone and still has counseling. Judge David Radford told Fielder-Civil he had behaved in a “gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful” way. Fielder-Civil has already served around nine months on remand so he could be free in four-and-a-half months if he behaves himself in prison.

The people are demanding an undisclosed amount of money from Simpson, otherwise they will leak the tape. Jessica herself is said to be feeling “horrified her name and sex tape are being mentioned in the same sentence. She’s always been a girl of high morals and principles.”

There has yet legal step taken by Simpson and her people to prevent the distribution of the tape.

In an exclusive interview with OK!, Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both Britney and Kevin reached and signed off on a settlement in their custody case today. Kaplan tells OK!, “At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner.” Kaplan adds, “Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving.”
