Wow… seriously, way to go Pink. I always knew she could sing, but bitch can sing upside down. I’m impressed (and even more annoyed that I missed her tour)…
Lady Gaga has yet to get caught falling down on stage, but alas, all heroes must go down. She was performing in Montreal on Friday when she slipped in her uber-high heels and wiped out (at the :20 mark). He backup dancer reaches for her, but she gets up rather quickly on her own. Later (at the 2:53 mark), she trips again and grabbed her shoe as if she hurt herself.
Sorry for you international people if this doesn’t work for ya because it’s an MTV player. For those of you that can view it, be sure to check out the live stream of the red carpet on NYC’s Sixth Avenue from yuck to glamorous. The show starts at 9pm EST tonight on MTV.
Priscilla Renea stopped by my office yesterday and took some time out of her promo tour to sit down and talk with me. She’s local (to me, at least) so that makes me feel like she’s one of my own! She’s a super sweetheart, very approachable and easy to talk to… prolly one of the best interviews I’ve ever done! She sang an acoustic version of her new single (the video dropped like, two days ago) so be sure to check that out, too. Enjoy Priscilla Renea! Her debut album comes out in less than a month and if you like her song, you need to download it now.

I think my neices are going to kill me for not taking them to the Jonas Brothers show… but alas, I couldn’t stay. After interviewing The Wonder Girls, I walked out into the arena and got on my phone. I turn around… and wham the Jonas Brothers are standing right behind me chit chatting with each other. Turns out, I walked into their sound check without even realizing it… pretty freaking cool.
For such superstars, they are uber-sweet. I’m actually impressed with how they handle themselves in front of all those screaming fans… believe me… I couldn’t hear myself in that arena and there were only 200 girls in there! Anyway, Kevin, Joe and Nick… if you’re reading this, it was a pleasure to meet you and maybe I’ll be lucky enough to accidentally stroll into another sound check. Oh, and let your bouncer know I won’t write anything mean about him… he was awesome for sure.
If you’d like to hear the sound check, scroll through the vids below… the guys also did a question & answer thing in between songs.

I went to the Katy Perry concert last night… just before I locked my keys in my car (while it was still running. Hey, we all can’t be freakin’ perfect, k?) Anyway, the concert was good… Lady Gaga was so much better. I’m kinda over Katy. Highlights involved her strawberry’s deflating on stage, bad dances moves, kissing a chick in the crowd… so on and so forth. Check out the videos below I made for you cause you all couldn’t be there with me. Enjoy the front row!
Today I was lucky enough to meet BoA (fyi… it stands for Best of Asia). She’s pretty awesome (and petite!). I talked to her for a minute, which was a little hard at times because English isn’t her first language. She’s huge over in Asia (20 million records is nothing to glaze over). Anyway, we played a few rounds of ‘Would You Rather…’ which is a great game if you’ve never played. I learned a few things about her… she has a tattoo that she doesn’t wanna show (is it bad or is she just modest?), she hates sandwiches (really?! even pb&j?) and she would rather loose her hand than a foot cause she likes to dance. You can check out my quasi-interview with her here. Here’s her two best songs, ‘Eat You Up‘ and ‘I Did It For Love‘. You should like her because she’s pretty kick ass and b*tch can dance.
Eat You Up…

I got to see White Tie Affair again last night. (If you’re a regular reader, you’ll know I saw Lady Gaga last week and they opened up for her) I was lucky enough to get real close to the stage this time around and hang out in the bar with the band after the show. The guys rock. Sean (the guitarist) signed my arm with a silver sharpie… but I couldn’t post the picture of it because it also drew a giant wiener. If you wanna see it, go here. Grab a beer and hit play below and it’s like you were there jumping around with me. Oh, and the lead singer took my Kanye glasses while singing Heartless and rocked them on stage for a bit. Yay!
Oh! I can’t forget about the ‘after-party’… I went to a bar down the street and this guy I know (btw, his name is Deth. Seriously. His name is Deth.) took a bic pen and drew real tats on my entire left leg. No lie. I had to scrub for a good 30 minutes this morning. Good times…
