It seems like every single tour stop Britney Spears does, she manages to find a pool. Here she is in Melbourne, Australia taking a dip (in another new bikini) with her boyfriend Jason Trawick and her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston. How freaking cute.

Britney Spears is preparing to file for full custody of her two sons because she’s concerned that her babies are getting bad habits from him. While Kevin Federline has held onto primary custody of the kids for the last year even thought Brit was granted an extensions on the equal custody agreement. She’s seeking primary custody when her tour ends in November this years.

Sources say, “She is ready to fight to get her boys back. Britney feels that leaving Kevin in charge has turned her sons into cursing, ill-mannered little boys who don’t behave. Britney wants to be the one who chooses where the boys go to school and where they go to church. She wants full custody and for Kevin to have visitation. Britney feels that Kevin is now the one with problems that the judge needs to hear about. She believes he’s become a poor role model for Sean and Jayden. The boys are used to Kevin’s foul-mouthed, lazy, unemployed dancer friends, who either live at the house or hang out there. Britney doesn’t want the boys growing up thinking that kind of lifestyle is acceptable.”

To add insult to injury for Kevin, he was accused this week of failing to keep up with rent payments on his Tarzana, CA home. Even though he does get like $25k in child support.

An LA county judge extended the court order that was put in place during Britney’s tour . Under the order, Britney is permitted to travel with her two boys but must continue to provide her ex hubby Kevin Federline with a place to stay if he wants to follow the group on tour. The order allow Britney to have basically 50/50 shared custody and at some points, more. Kevin still gets the original $20,000 a month that Brit pays in child support and when she takes the boys in tour he gets an additional $20k-$25 when the kids are outside of California. At the end of the year, which is only a few months away, a judge will reevaluate the terms and it’s appearing as though the custody arrangement will involve a complete 50/50 deal.

Britney Spears took some time off from her Circus tour to hit the pool with her boys (again). Check out the hair on the kids… is it me (or maybe shadows?) but the one kid’s got some weird coloring going on… please don’t tell me she gets the kids hair done like that…

You ready for this awesome little gem? Kevin Federline (I’m going to refer to him at K-Fat because it makes me laugh a little on the inside) is rumored to be getting his own reality show. Remember back in the day - 4 years ago - when K-Fat had a little mock-umentary with Britney called, ‘Chaos’? Yea, it’s going to be even better than that. It’s going to involve his kids and his ex-volleyball player girlfriend, Victoria Prince. “Victoria is a big part of the series,” reports E! News. “They are not engaged, but she lives with him full-time in his place in Encino.”

On Tuesday night (7.7), squeezing in some family time between tour dates, Britney Spears took her 2 boys to visit the Eiffel Tower in Paris France. Of course it isn’t considered a family outting without all the body guards and entourage, so in typical Britney fashion she brought them with her. Keepin’ it safe for the kids…always thinkin’ ahead that Britney.

Britney Spears was seen entering a London zoo today (6.16) with her 2 boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston, for some quality time with the fam (including bodyguards and nanny of course). Brit Brit also hit up London’s Hyde Park where she strolled along the walk way and took in the sights. Hey, at least she isn’t spending her downtime hitting the bottle or locking herself in bathrooms.

Britney Spears‘ Circus tour begins on Tuesday in Louisiana. In an effort to see her boys and relax at home before it all goes down, she had some cute family time this week. The boys will be joining her on tour… staying at the hubs (houses that Britney is paying for). She is planning to fly to her family’s home in Kentwood, LA today (2.27) and spend a few days there before she leaves. Check out the pics… there’s a good one of her picking her wedgie…
