Blake Wants Hush Money From Wino

This is such a confusing story. Okay, so Amy Winehouse was doing divorce stuff and Blake (before going from rehab back to jail) rushed to her side begging her not to get a divorce, claiming, “I’m not interested in Amy’s money. I’m not taking a penny off her.” Amy’s friends beg to differ, “That’s all pretence — Blake has asked Amy’s manager for £1MILLION to walk away from their marriage and not write a tell-all book about it. He’s so two-faced. He just wants a pay-off. Money’s his driving force.”

Now… Amy’s parents aren’t too pleased and have already offered the jailbird £50,000 to divorce their daughter after Blake Feilder-Civil confessed to getting Amy “hooked on heroin, crack cocaine and self-harm.” Blake’s response to Mitch Winehouse? “If Amy wants to divorce I need to hear it from Amy—not you. You’re organizing your daughter’s divorce settlement and she doesn’t know anything about it. I’m not going to discuss anything with you.” Blake’s people claim, “Mitch’s £50,000 offer was an insult. Amy’s worth £10 million and Blake’s her husband. He’s entitled to at least £3 million after all he’s been through with her.

Blake Begs Amy Wino, “I’m Sorry”

Amy’s druggie husband, Blake Feilder-Civil will be returning to jail — until 2010 — after he failed a drug test. He was hanging out in rehab to serve the rest of his sentence, but that was obviously one giant FAIL. Now he’s running back to his wifey, Amy Winehouse, for forgiveness (and money). She has not visited Fielder-Civil since he went into rehab and refused to pay the £30,000 bill until he persuaded her to.

“Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose — everyone was totally shocked. He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn’t have much to lose.” A source said: “If he had stayed in prison last month rather than taking the rehab option he was set to be released at the end of this month. He’s blown it.” Amy’s friend said yesterday: “She had finally started stepping up divorce proceedings again but he started phoning again and getting inside her mind.”

Amy Winehouse Back In Hospital

Okay… here are the facts… Blake Feilder-Civil has been let out of jail, but must serve the remainder of his sentence in rehab. While Amy has been paying for his stint, she has not visited him yet. The pair had a shouting match on the phone which made Amy turn to her drugs. Amy Winehouse then had a seizure which put her in the hospital last night where she still remains. Amy’s pals say, “It didn’t stop until she was on the floor on Sunday. She has ended up in hospital a few times after similar drink and drugs related seizures. If she carries on, one of these incidents will be her last.” Amy’s reps claim she had “a bad reaction to the combination of medication she has currently been prescribed.” I bet.

Winehouse’s Hubby Back To Jail

I was asked to participate in a prank this morning and of course I agreed. The premise was to see how many people in my office building would sign a card for someone that was leaving…that no one knew. You’d be surprised…almost everyone I ran into signed the card without flinching. It really makes you think if people are actually awake while they are at work. Anyway…back to mindless celebrity gossip. Amy Winehouse’s hubby, Blake was sent back to jail before he ever got out and on some sick level…that’s hilarious.

Blake Fielder-Civil, 26, was sentenced to 27 months at Snaresbrook Crown Court, east London, after admitting grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice in a £200,000 trial-fixing plot aimed at trying to save him from jail.

Fielder-Civil and friend Michael Brown beat James King, 36, so badly in June 2006 that he needed plates fitted into his face for a broken cheekbone and still has counseling. Judge David Radford told Fielder-Civil he had behaved in a “gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful” way. Fielder-Civil has already served around nine months on remand so he could be free in four-and-a-half months if he behaves himself in prison.

Miss Winehouse was not in court today.

Sidenote -
Blake Fielder-Civil, 26, is standing trial in London on charges of attacking pub landlord James King, and then conspiring with him to withdraw as a witness at the trial.

Fielder-Civil and three-co-defendants pleaded guilty last week, but a court order barred reporting the pleas because King is due to face a separate trial. Judge David Radford lifted that restriction Monday. (Source)
