I just realized my album comes out in 4 days. I am so excited. Honestly there are so many times when I get so frustrated and just want to give up music. Its so hard to see people that don’t genuinely love the ART of music release songs that don’t mean anything and people listen to them. My heart also aches for the people out there with so much talent and are selling out and just producing the music they are told to. I am so grateful for the success ‘Party in the USA’ has had but that is not who I am. I needed a song that would be good inspiration for the clothing line and no doubt it is a great summer party song!

But there is so much more to me than what has been heard. There is a song on the new EP called ‘Obsessed’ and ‘When I look at you’ and THAT is the type of music I am proud of! There is also a song on there called Talk is cheap and Kicking and screaming that I am so excited for you all to hear.

I’m so stoked about this album coming out because it is a good transition into my next record. The one that will be ALL me. The one that will inspire and hopefully change lives. I want to be seen as more than this disney artist.

I love doing HM and no pun intended I really do have the best of both worlds. Before Hannah Montana and High School Musical music really wasn’t incorporated to the channel and I am so thankful to be apart of that beautiful addition.

But I am ready to take a step back from everything and make the record I believe in 100 percent! Thank you for always supporting me. My Mileyworld fans are THE best in the entire world. I love you guys so much. You truly are what gets me out of bed each day YOU ARE HEROS!

Current mood: thankful
Last night was my last episode of “The Hills”. It was a bittersweet night for me. A part of me is sad to say goodbye to something that has been such a prominent part of my life, but I know that it was time and I am very happy with my decision. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has watched and supported me over the years. While putting my personal relationships and struggles on television wasn’t always easy, the support I received from people made such a difference. Because of all of you, I was able to accomplish so many aspirations and for that I am very grateful. So, THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

I have some interesting projects in the works and I will keep you all updated.

From what I’ve heard the next season will not disappoint

I WAS WORKING ON THIS DOPE @SS SONG WITH JARED AND BRANDON STOPPED BY. I PLAYED THEM SOME OF THE NEW JEEZY BEATS AND BEFORE EVERYBODY BOUNCED BRANDON HOPPED ON THE KEYBOARD AND I HOPPED ON THE MPC. $HIT WAS DOPE. OH AND YES THOSE ARE SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS ON BRANDON’S SHIRT BY DRIES VAN NOTEN.

so i just got the video and it’s hilarious! watching me crawl across a table attempting to be sexy in a fantasy is pretty funny to say the least i hope y’all like it. we had a lot of fun making it! bryan barber directed it and this was our 2nd time to work together. he’s super cool and very colorful when it comes to videos! my sister actually took some pictures on set while we were shooting so i’m gonna post some (well, try anyway… my computer skills are lacking

i’m so happy y’all are liking the music!! i do not hook up (my second single) is about to officially drop at radio and i hope y’all like it as much as y’all liked my life would suck without you! the support for this album has been awesome so thank you very much!

just got beat at ‘candyland’, ‘farkle’ and ’sorry’ by my sister ….she sucks and i’ve decided to cut my losses and never play board games with her …ever again

we’re getting ready for some summer tour dates right now and we are all pumped! WE CANNOT WAIT TO TOUR WITH THE NEW MUSIC!!!! and we are working on a couple cool cover songs that i hope work out because they’re great!

i’m also gonna post some pictures my sis took at the BIGGEST SHOW EVER that we did in orlando at universal!! it was crazy packed with people jumping and singing!! i had so much fun at that show and so did the band! if you were there, thank you for being part of the coolest audience ever!

right now my family is starting up a non-profit organization for rescuing animals. we’re starting with horses and dogs so i figured i’d show y’all my personal horses and dogs because they are awesome! they all have their own personalities and are super friendly but like to jump all over you haha (the dogs, not the horses
