Britney Spears was taking a little break from her crazy touring schedule to spend time with her boys (and boyfriend Jason Trawick) in Mexico. She just wrapped production on her new music video “3″ in LA when she tweeted, “I am so happy y’all love it because I do this all for you. I can’t wait till you see the video!”

A few pics of Britney Spears‘ upcoming music video for her new single, ‘3′ have leaked and she’s looking more in shape than ever… and now she can add Best Hollywood Mom to her resume. Apparently, Brit’s fans have noticed that she’s making an effort to get her boys back. She recently won a poll by a UK company with an astronomical 74% share as the “Best Mother in Show Business”. Second place went to Christina Aguilera (with only a 12% share) and Angelina Jolie was in third place.

Britney Spears is not messing around. Her 225-strong crew that’s on tour with her will be required to take random drug tests while in Australia. She’s trying very hard to keep her tour clean and has even ordered her crews to obey the terms of a confidential contract outlawing alcohol and drugs on her Circus World Tour. This also includes the 150 people that will join the tour locally as well as during the crews’ days off. In order to maintain custody of her children, Spears must stay clean.

“Britney’s rule is clear - zero tolerance,” a source said. “No drink. No drugs. If you do not comply, you do not tour with Britney. You are not allowed to drink and, obviously, there are no drugs.” Her tour publicist said, “Our focus is the amazing show Britney is bringing to Australia.”

Britney Spears is preparing to file for full custody of her two sons because she’s concerned that her babies are getting bad habits from him. While Kevin Federline has held onto primary custody of the kids for the last year even thought Brit was granted an extensions on the equal custody agreement. She’s seeking primary custody when her tour ends in November this years.

Sources say, “She is ready to fight to get her boys back. Britney feels that leaving Kevin in charge has turned her sons into cursing, ill-mannered little boys who don’t behave. Britney wants to be the one who chooses where the boys go to school and where they go to church. She wants full custody and for Kevin to have visitation. Britney feels that Kevin is now the one with problems that the judge needs to hear about. She believes he’s become a poor role model for Sean and Jayden. The boys are used to Kevin’s foul-mouthed, lazy, unemployed dancer friends, who either live at the house or hang out there. Britney doesn’t want the boys growing up thinking that kind of lifestyle is acceptable.”

To add insult to injury for Kevin, he was accused this week of failing to keep up with rent payments on his Tarzana, CA home. Even though he does get like $25k in child support.
