“Ms. Moakler has not yet been served with Carrie Prejean’s lawsuit. However, on Ms. Moakler’s behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean’s lawsuit is without merit. More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean’s unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law.”

Carrie Prejean was finally stripped of her Miss California crown today (6.11) for violating her contract.  The skank refused to show up to over 30 events on behalf of the Miss USA organization.  Hating gays and posing nude has nothing to do with anything of course.  It’s about time someone took the crown off of her head, b*tch needs a reality check.  Donald Trump said, ‘To me she was the sweetest thing.  Everyonoe else–she treated like sh*t.’  Something tells me that this won’t be the last we hear from Carrie Prejean…but let’s hope it is! 

“She will remain Miss California. She, I believe, will do a fantastic job. We’re very proud of her. It’s been a very tough time for her. She has taken a lot of abuse from people who shouldn’t be handing out abuse. But she is tough, she’s smart and she’s very beautiful, and that’s why she’s Miss California.”

Prejean’s father, who refused to comment to the media, states in the files: “Ms. Prejean accused me, in front of our daughter, of homosexuality.” To support the claim, Carrie’s older sister added a handwritten account of a weekend spent with her dad: “One time my sister & I went in the hallway of my dad’s apartment, & his roommate’s door was open all the way & we saw [the roommate] in bed with another man. I don’t think it’s right for my sister & I to have to live that way.”
