Nope… this is not a Halloween costume… or a movie role… Dakota Fanning is actually a cheerleader in real life and this year she won the title of Homecoming Queen! I’m going to live vicariously through her because there were no homecoming or prom queens at my high school. The Sisters (no joke, I went to a Catholic school) thought we were too mean and that we’d vote the biggest dork to take the crown. Uber-sad face…

The new promo pics of Dakota Fanning as the evil vampire Volturi and I must say she looks like an evil child I used to babysit. Her red eyes are the outcome of some custom fit contacts. Director Chris Weitz said, “They’re opaque red, almost like preying mantis eyes. You can’t really see into them. There’s something terribly off-putting about it.” Yea, no kidding.

So I’m slowly but surely becoming obsessed with ‘The Runaways’ movie that’s gonna be coming out. Everytime I see pics from the set I get more and more excited about the release. Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning look just like their characters! It should be effin’ epic.

The movie is being described as “a coming of age biopic about ’70’s teenage band The Runaways…focusing on the band’s formation, and their meteoric rise to fame.’ Umm…prettyyyy excitedddd. Check out the pics from Sunday (6.28)

Dakota Fanning is all grown up and so hot! She’s kind of got that rock and roll edge to her…like she just doesn’t give a f*ck. Oh, and she totally kicked a** in that movie ‘Push.’ Here she is arriving at Sunset Sound yesterday (6.15) to prep for her new role in the upcoming movie, ‘The Runaways.’

Dakota Fanning went to the prom ’cause I guess she’s a normal teenager sometimes. My prom was a huge deal. We got the day off school, we got our hair done, we took months for figure out what dress to wear… Dakota Fanning looks like she woke up from a nap and threw on whatever dress she wore last on the red carpet. Meh… what can ya do…

Dakota Fanning spent some time yesterday in Santa Monica with her mom and a realtor checking out homes in Tarzana. Looks like she’s already spending her ‘New Moon’ cashola and she hasn’t even been up to Vancouver to shoot her scenes. Must be nice.
