Lady Gaga showed up over an hour late to the 2009 ACE Awards presented by the Accessories Council at Cipriani 42nd Street and she had a weird hand in killing a dude. Rocking a weird outfit (like always), Gaga posed in slow motion in front of the paparazzi, but refused to talk to anyone. Her handler said, “She’s not talking to anyone, they tried to tackle her outside.” After going into the event, a photog was found laying on the red carpet, not breathing. According to Fame Pictures, “Gaga’s arrival made a photographer at the event pass out while standing on a ladder, causing him to fall to his death.”

I’m a huge fan of Gaga and don’t really care about the paparazzi… but that’s an awful way to go.

The summer of celebrity death continues… I am sad to report that today, Patrick Swayze died of complications from pancreatic cancer at the age of 57. His rep issued this statement, “Patrick Swazy passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months.” The sad thing is he had begun to appear better in recent pics… see here.

I think I am going to stay up all night and watch all his old movies. I mean, c’mon, man… Ghost, Point Break, To Wong Foo and let’s not forget to mention Dirty Dancing. Just sayin’… not too sure how many more celeb deaths I can handle this summer. Enough already!

Friday night, the body of 36-year-old DJ AM (aka Adam Goldstein) was found inside his SoHo apartment next to a crack pipe and several pill bottles. Police sources reveal that “he hadn’t been there long.” A friend stopped by his place and couldn’t get a response so he called 911. This is coming just a few months after AM survived a near death experience in a plan crash with Travis Barker. Goldstein was currently working on a project about intervention on MTV called, “Gone Too Far” where he would help teens break their drug addiction habits. “It makes me feel great,” Goldstein said in an interview with Extra in July. “People were there for me when I asked for help, and I had no idea how to stop, so I’m there for them.” His last words to the world were from his Twitter, “New york, new york. Big city of dreams, but everything in new york aint always what it seems.”

It’s totally worth it considering your kids and your fam will be able to tell everyone they know that you get to sleep with Marilyn forever. I mean… that’s just too freaking cool. The widow that owns the crypt (and her deceased hubby is there, btw) is going to move him and sell the space to pay off the mortgage on her mansion. Dr. Conrad Murray (Michael Jackson’s doctor) is a retard. He reportedly told police that he did, in fact, administer the Propofol (that really uber strong anesthesia) to the singer. Authorities believe Murray gave Jacko the IV drip and then fell asleep. The thing is, when giving that drug, the patient must be on an EKG (a heart monitor) and a pulse oximeter (to monitor the oxygen saturation in the patient’s blood) and neither piece of equipment was at Jacko’s house when police searched it. Basically, Dr. Murray is screwed and it’s totally gotta be his fault that Jacko died.

Here’s more Michael Jackson drama for you. So, following the raid on the Houston office of MJ’s physician, Dr. Conrad Murray court documents are suggesting evidence of the ‘offense of manslaughter.’ The raid also gave more evidence that when MJ’s autopsy results are released the cause of death will more than likely be homicide.

So far Dr. Murray has been a key suspect in MJ’s investigation and the fact that numerous pills and medications were seized from the raid does not help Murray’s case.

The autopsy results are expected sometime next week.

I’m not sure how many more Hollywood deaths I can honestly handle. The famous ‘You quiero Taco Bell’ Chihuahua has died and I’m very sad. Gidget (yea, the pup was a girl, not a boy like the voice in the commercials suggests) passed Tuesday night from a stroke. She was 15 (which is over 70 in doggy years). Gidget was actually the second Taco Bell dog (she replaced Dinky very early in the campaign) but she also starred along side Reese Witherspoon in Legally Blonde 2 as Bruiser’s mom. My little dog hating heart actually goes out to this puppy purely because she spoke with an accent and delivered the Oscar worthy line, “Here lizard, lizard, lizard…“

Madonna is just too busy to deal with the death of a few of her concert workers. The Sun got the scoop…

Two technicians, including a Brit, died last week when a temporary roof at the home ground of Marseilles FC, France, fell on 50 workers before one of her gigs. A French newspaper said Madonna, 50, had “declined” to be interviewed by investigators. Magistrates say she is an important witness as she has a £60million contract with Live Nation, which was organising the concert.
