By pleading to a lesser charge, Heather Locklear was able to avoid a DUI conviction. “Heather pled no contest to reckless driving, a misdemeanor. She’ll be placed on three years informal probation, pay a $700 fine, and she must attend a 12-hour drug education course.” Hmm, too bad. Celebrities doing community service and serving jail time tends to keeps me in the gossip business longer. Ha! Doesn’t mean her mug shot disappears, though…

Ha! She got arrested for backing over a pair of sunglasses all drunk like. Ha! This is great. Today is nuts for me, more on that later, so just take a gander at Heather’s awful pic and enjoy your Monday while I play catchup.

According to TMZ… A resident reported Heather was “driving erratically” while pulling out of a parking lot. The California Highway Patrol then found Locklear’s car parked on a state highway and blocking a lane. After talking with her, the officer determined she was under the influence of something and arrested her. She was tested for drugs and alcohol. As we first reported, law enforcement tells us alcohol was not a factor. They are conducting drug tests. She was released without having to post bail.”
