Hugh Hefner Finally Files For Divorce

After more than 10 years of seperation (but living next door to each other) Hugh Hefner has finally filled for divorce from his wifey, Kimberly Conrad. Hef is being more than fair, asking a judge to order him to pay Kimberly $20k a month on spousal support. However, this is just half of what he had been paying before when she was living next door to him since 1998 according to court documents. Kimberly sued Hef last month claiming he owned her $4million according to their prenuptial agreement and the proceeds of the sale of the home she was living in. Hef wants all payments to end after two more years, claiming that he’s paid almost $12million since their seperation. The couple has two sons, Marston and Cooper, who are both in college. Hef pays for the tuition and will continue to do so.

Hef Is Being Sued By Estraged Wife

So here’s the deal… Hugh Hefner is being sued for roughly $5 million. Kimberly Conrad married Hef in 1989 and they had a rock solid prenup. About 9 years later, the two split but never divorced. Kimberly moved into the house next door to the mansion where she raised the couple’s two sons. When the separated, they signed an amendment that gave Kimberly a $hit ton of money. Recently, according to the lawsuit, Hugh decided to sell the house where she is currently living and notified his estranged wifey that she’s got 9 months to get the eff outta there and that he wasn’t going to acknowledge the agreement anymore.

“I was surprised and saddened to learn of press reports that Kimberly Hefner, from whom I have been separated for over 10 years, has apparently filed suit claiming that I owe her $5 million.

“Because neither I nor my attorneys have seen the suit I cannot comment on any of the specific allegations. However, contrary to what has been reported, I have always honored all of my obligations to Kimberly, and in fact I have provided her with substantial funds in excess of the agreed upon amount, and well in excess of any amount suggested or required under California law.

“I am quite confident that when all the facts are known it will become clear that all of my financial obligations throughout the marriage have been generously dealt with.”
