Last episode, I decided that Roxy is awesome. She stood up for Whitney and really put Freddie in his place. This week, I decided that Roxy is kinda flaky when it comes to work. Maybe Roxy should teach Whitney how to have some more fun and Whitney could teach Roxy how to buckle down and get some work done. Ps — Kelly Cutrone is amazing and really scares the $hit outta Roxy.

As far as Elle magazine goes, I think Erin is doing her best to keep Olivia in the know… but she’s right, it’s not her job to hold Olivia’s hand and guide her every step of the way. If Olivia really is an accessories editor, then she needs to learn how to do the freaking job. Olivia is pretty much useless… I have a few interns that could do her job a million times better.

This episode was amazing. First of all, Olivia finally gets her @ss handed to her at work because she didn’t do her job. Second of all, I heart Roxy. Third of all, Freddie has a freaking girlfriend! WTF!? Watch the show and lemme know what you think!

This episode just reconfirms that Olivia is a moron. Now Erin has like, a partner to vent with when Roxy realizes how much she hates Olivia, which is cool I guess. But what’s with Erin and Kelly Cutrone having a little talk at the party? The way the MTV producers filmed it, it makes me think that they two are going to begin working together or partner up on a project or something. I hope so. I think they would do great things together.

Oh wait, the best part of this episode is Roxy and Whitney’s dance. You’ll see… it’s amazing.

According to MTV this is what happened…”Olivia thrives at an ELLE party, but Erin reminds her that the fashion business isn’t just about who you know. Whitney reenters the dating scene when she meets a cute new guy.” Which is lame. I’m pretty much feeling a bit bad for Olivia. I mean, she’s definitely trying and Erin won’t even say a ‘Good Job!’ to here. However, I do see Erin’s point, so I mean, I’m a little torn. Also, not really sure how I feel about Whitney’s choice in boys. I can see ‘douche’ written across their foreheads from a mile away and yet she still hangs out with them. Ugh, can’t wait to see how this Wall Street guy plays out for her though…

This was an episode of surprises. Olivia actually does well at an assignement at her new job with Elle Magazine while Whitney almost burns a bridge by going behind Kelly’s back. I have to say, good for Kelly for calling out Whitney. I mean, why is Whit even listening to Roxy? That girl’s trouble.

Olivia successfully proves that she’s a total moron and that some angel is watching her in the fashion industry this week. I mean, c’mon! Your boss asks you for a $hit ton of bracelets and accessories and you bring back 2 watches?!

Oh, and Roxy totally stepped up at the photo shoot, and kinda made Whitney look like an intern all over again. I’m a little annoyed that it seemed as though Kelly was yelling at Whitney, when it was Roxy who was the total moron.
