It’s official… Richard Simmons has lost his freaking mind. While on CNN talking about New Year’s resolutions, dieting and portion control, Simmons grabbed the anchor’s foot and began slurping on it like crazy. Not only that, he started shouting things about Cinderella, the shoes fitting and wanting to go to a ball. Umm… freak.

What’s that saying about cockroaches and Cher never dying or something? Or is it that they don’t age? Whatev, Richard Simmons should be added to that list. He stopped by the Today Show to promote his newest workout video… he hasn’t released one for 15 years. Anyway, it features a 50 minute workout called, “Supersweatin’: Party Off the Pounds.” And it has, “real people dancing to real music and having real fun,” and features songs like “Shake it Up,” “Hit Me with Your Best Shot,” and “I Wanna Dance with Somebody.” I will not be buying that one…
