Dear Shia LaBeouf, you are my hero! Shia decided that it would a grand idea to wear a shirt that reads, ‘Everybody Must Get Stoned’ to LAX yesterday (6.24). That kid has some giant you know whats to be wearing that to an airport. He’s like asking for a strip search. Oh Shia, you are far from your Disney days!

This is going to be the end of Shia LaBeouf walking around… he had to hire a driver. He’s not allowed to drive after refusing a sobriety test when he was in his accident. (In CA, that means you automatically get a suspended license for a year). Shia hired a driver but has given him rules… he has to wear street clothes (no uniform) and Shia will sit in the front seat. Apparently he’s not comfortable with the idea of being driven around.

I love posting about Shia LaBeouf because I have a friend that’s borderline obsessed with him. I got her his Indiana Jones action figure for her birthday and it sits on her desk (regardless of the doll’s functioning throwing arm). Anyway, he was walking around with a paper bag in his head (weird) and a plastic bag over his cast… as if that wouldn’t give it away. Way to go, Shia… you’re s-m-a-r-t.

Shia LaBeouf is looking at a really long road to recovery. He’s pretty much been in a cast since his accident over the summer. From what I hear, Shia has at least 2 more surgeries before his hand is close to being normal again… but the outlook for that is dim. I heard stories of him getting bone from his hip shaved off and put into his fingers to help rebuild the hand. Gross.

The next installment of the Christian Bale Batman series is slated to hit theaters near you sometime in 2010 and is being filmed under the project name, “Gotham.” (btw, are we calling 2010 twenty-ten?) The newest addition to the casts were just confirmed. Rumors had been circulating recently that Johnny Depp was going to play the Riddler while Angelina Jolie played Catwoman. Things have changed… Eddie Murphy has been confirmed in the role of The Riddler while Mummy hottie, Rachel Weisz is up for the role of Catwoman. Both Bale (Bruce Wayne) and Michael Caine (Alfred) are confirmed for the project. Oh yea, I can’t forget this because my Shia fans would kill me — Shia LaBeouf is resurrecting Chris O’Donnel’s man-tights for the role of Robin in the flick. Wohoo!
