Merriman’s side is that he did not assault the reality TV star and was simply trying to prevent her from leaving his home in an intoxicated state. Here’s his partial statement: “On September 6, 2009 the San Diego Sheriff’s Department responded to a citizen’s complaint that was initiated by Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila). I was taken into custody based upon that complaint. At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided.”

 Wasn’t it a while ago that Tila Tequila took to her Twitter to announce to her whole 8 fans that she was pregnant?  Yea, well the crazy ho was just seen frolicking on the beach and…well…no way is b*tch preggers.  She also showed up to  Tyrese’s ‘Twitter Bash’ in Hollywood with Tyrese and Willie from Day 26.  She ended up leaving with Willie…guess she’s not with Ray J anymore. WTF mate?!  What a skank!

Remember that tramp Tila Tequila who had her own show on MTV where she was trying to find love…or something?  Yea, well she’s pregnant…with Ray J’s baby (yea, Brandy’s brother).  Apparently she thought enough people cared to post it on her Twitter, too.  That baby is sure to look like a friggin’ alien.
