Oh don’t test him ’cause Perez Hilton will totally lay the law beat down on your non-famous @ss. His lawyer is on some weird rampage about the recent @ss whooping he got from Will.I.Am’s manager.

“Perez will take legal action against anyone who chooses to resort to physical violence as a means to respond to criticism they do not like,” Bryan Freedman writes us in an email. “It is my understanding that criminal assault charges have been filed against the band’s manager, Polo Molino, and we are conducting a legal investigation as to whether Will.I.Am encouraged and/or instructed Molino to engage in this physical assault.”

“Rest assured that anyone who physically assaults Perez Hilton or encourages others to do so because they cannot handle a little criticism will be sued as quickly as I can type,” he writes. “His first amendment rights will not be infringed upon through fear, intimidation or violence.”

This is an epic story! Okay, so apparently Will.i.am and his posse of security guards assaulted Perez Hilton outside of a club in Toronto today around 3am (6.22). Perez took to his Twitter and said that it was after he ‘allegedly’ disprespected Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas’ new album that he was approached by Will. Perez twatted, ‘I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP’ and continued on another twat, “I was assaulted by Will.i.am…and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.’ Wouldn’t you just call the police? Come on Perez, common f*cking sense!

Will.i.Am twatted back, ‘Sounds like somebody wants mad attention and is not really concerned about his health.’ Amen brotha! I hate Perez Hilton, so I’m kinda glad that he got his a$$ beat by a crazy black cowboy.
